4. Subscriptions and Payments
ProFans allows users to subscribe to creators and support them through paid content or other monetization features. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. ProFans does not store your payment information.
Payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ProFans for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Uploading content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Harassment, threats, or abuse of others
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform or systems
6. Intellectual Property
All content on ProFans, excluding user-generated content, including trademarks, logos, designs, and software, is owned by or licensed to ProFans and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. However, by posting content on ProFans, you grant ProFans a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
8. Termination
ProFans reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that may harm the platform or other users.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ProFans makes no warranties or representations regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProFans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
